Rand Michael, Founder and President of TELOS international, inc., holds a Master of Divinity degree and a doctorate in counseling and prevention services. A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist(Licensed in Hawaii), he is a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. He is an Associate Professor and Clinical Director of the Marriage and Family Therapy Program at George Fox University. Rand has over twenty years experience in international ministry.

Mike Butler, Businessman, Interior Technology/Modernfold NorthWest.  Mike has served as a missionary.

Phyllis Michael, Co-Founder and Vice-President of TELOS international, inc., is Associate Professor of Human Development and Family Studies at Warner Pacific College. She is a Certified Family Life Educator and participates frequently in international clinical and training ministry.

Janet Taylor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, has extensive international clinical and training experience. Janet balances her private practice with frequent international clinical/training trips per year to diverse areas of the globe.

Judy Tuttle Zollner, a school counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor, with special training in marriage and family therapy, is Board Secretary. Recently, Judy has become involved in providing training for TELOS teams and in international clinical/training work herself.
